Peter Akule, A 19-year-old man in Nyangera village, Central Yimbo location in Bondo sub-county. Committed suicide after he was caught having a carnal knowledge of a goat on Sunday morning.
Peter Akule, working as a herdsman, is said to have committed suicide after he was allegedly caught red handed in the act by his employer.
According to the chief, Mr Gordon Opundo of Central Yimbo location, Akule’s employer Mary Okoth is said to have heard a commotion in her cattle pen at around 6.00 am when she woke up to check, only to find the deceased in the act.
A few hours later, the body of Akule, who comes from Bunyore Central location in Vihiga County, was thusly found dangling from a tree behind the house where he had been sleeping.
Chief Opundo, confirmed the incident, and deduced that the deceased is suspected to have taken away his life for fear of embarrassment.
The chief informed radio ramogi, that be body of the deceased was moved to Bondo sub-county hospital mortuary to await post-mortem as investigations into the matter carry forth.
