ROBERT PATTINSON REFUSES TO JERK OFF A DOG, GETS PRAISE FROM PETA

Okay, we really don’t know where to start with this one but here goes…

So basically, Robert Pattinson has revealed that for his new film Good Time he was sort of asked to give a dog a hand job for a scene that never made the final cut. Fortunately, he declined.

During an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Thursday night R-Patz explained that it was in the script for his character Connie to perform a sex act on a dog. While working out the physical staging of that part of the story Rob said that one of the film’s directors jokingly suggested he stimulate the animal for real – which the trainer said would be fine.

But, understandably uncomfortable with the idea of beastiality, the 31-year-old refused and they shot the scene with a “red rocket” prosthetic – a move that has pleased animal rights group PETA.

In a statement about Pattinson’s anecdote PETA said that the Twilight star made the right decision because touching a dog like that, even for a movie, would be akin to “child molestation”.

“PETA depends on actors and crew members to come forward when they see mistreatment, whether it involves a dog who is being forced into churning water on the set of A Dog’s Purpose or an A-list actor who is being asked to molest his canine co-star,” Vice President Lisa Lange said in a statement to E! News. “Robert Pattinson is our kind of guy (and everyone’s who has a heart) for refusing to masturbate a dog—which is like child molestation—and for talking about it so that the public can see that once again animal trainers’ top priority is money and animals’ interests and well-being are often ignored.”

The statement then concluded, “PETA is currently investigating whether the law was broken in this instance.”

R-Patz new movie sees him playing a bank robber and it is receiving critical acclaim with Variety’s Guy Lodge calling the role “a career-peak performance” for the British actor.

Good Time is scheduled to hit theatres mid-August.
