Mary Ama Nyorkey ,29-years of age have been beaten mercilessly for asking her boyfriend to marry her.
Delalu Kwasi Atakpa who is the boyfriend is said to have asked Mary to move in with him but Mary requested that he comes to see her family and do the needful.
This angered Delalu and he inflicted severe wounds on his fiance by whipping her and thereafter took to his heels to avoid police arrest
According to report the two are said to be residents of Adieso Amankrom in the Upper West Akim District of the Eastern Region of Ghana.
