Northerners use stones to destroy the banners for Tinubu, Shettima, and Buhari (Video)

The campaign banner of President Muhammad Buhari, Kashim Shettima, and the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate Bola Tinubu has angered some Northerners.
According to Advertafrica.net, a video that has been going viral online shows some young people tearing down the APC banner.

They shouted and caused a commotion at the scene as they tossed stones at the campaign literature.

Other types of political candidates will also spend varying quantities of money to display their campaign literature.

Candidates for the Senate will pay N7 million, those running for the House of Representatives N5 million, and those running for the State House of Assembly N1 million.

Tony Ujubuonu, the managing director and chief executive officer of Anambra Signage and Advertising Agency (ANSAA), announced this in a statement on Saturday.

The statement did however add that it was still against the law to put up signs on roundabouts, street light poles, bridges, or other public structures.
