At Uganda’s 60th Independence Day celebration, a humiliating incident was captured on camera.

After the celebration at Kololo Independence Grounds on October 9, videos were posted online, showing that the Ugandan paratroopers missed their targets and fell on the stadium’s attendees.

As Uganda displayed its military strength, multirole fighter jets, paratroopers, and commandos were all involved in the maneuvers on display. However, it quickly grew into a major setback for President Museveni.

At regular intervals, military helicopters dropped paratroopers who had to land on the field of the stadium.

One of the servicemen appeared to be about to land on the field as he descended with a parachute. The soldier’s grip on the parachute was suddenly disturbed as the parachute folded slightly and tugged him.

The fast glider slammed into the drum majorettes who were practicing on the track when he lost control of it.

A second soldier also lost control of his parachute while in the air, and it crashed into the stadium’s portable restrooms.

Two more foolish paratroopers made contact with the crowd on the terraces after they were unable to control their glides.
