Considering the lack of both new and old naira notes, Nigerian event planners create a unique type of money that is sprayed at their event.
Social media users have been sharing a video that shows event attendees spraying a customised money other than naira.
Isaac Fayose, the person who released the video, claimed the event organizers created their own funds, which they acquired through bank transfers of naira notes.
“Who do us for Nigeria”? Due to Naira scarcity, they printed their own party money, you do an electronic transfer, you get the naira equivalent in the denomination you want for spraying at the party. 😔 Is spraying a must? Wahala wahala wahala😅😂🤔,” he wrote.
