Dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale has said that he decided to stop respecting players in the music industry because respect made him poor.

Shatta Wale is one of Ghana’s biggest music acts selling brand Ghana through music.

However, he disregards most players in the music industry and insults his colleagues at the least opportunity he gets.

Speaking to the issue, Shatta Wale described what he’s doing as a “Format”.

He said, “I use to respect everyone in the industry when I was Bandana

And they took me for granted and I lived a very poor life ..

But as I changed I made enough money than many of my colleagues who now see me as a threat cuz they still have that notion at the back of their minds that if you don’t respect you won’t go on..

My guy what am doing is called FORMAT !!!”.
