Intelligent media personality, Nana Aba Anamoah, has revealed how she lost her ex-boyfriend, a situation she described as very sad. She said close friends were feeding the man with lies about her which he eventually bought into and left her. The TV presenter made this revelation in a news programme monitored by Advert Africa on GHOne TV, on Wednesday, July 17, 2019.

They were discussing the challenges women in media face, following reports that TV3’s Natalie Fort was pregnant for four men and did not know who the father is. The man phone, she added, was always being bombarded with messages containing lies about Nana Aba, that at a point, “he was fed up and wanted to give up.” According to her, he was with the man one day when a message came on his phone from someone who claimed she had just seen Nana Aba with another man entering a car. At that point, the ex-boyfriend just looked at her, and showed the message to her, and that was when he got to know that almost all the things he was hearing about her were untrue.

If I were not with him that day, imagine what would have happened. He would have believed this lie too,” Nana Aba said. “Eventually, he became tired and left. I was in so much pain because this was a man I loved so much. We enjoyed a beautiful relationship which was marred by gossip,” she added. According to her, about 98% of all the things and rumours being spread about her are untrue.

Despite everything, Nana Aba said she is happy with life, and proud of her son who gives her so much happiness. She also said she is not in a hurry to marry, and that when the time comes, things will fall in place. Nana Aba was also in the news recently for saying that she is not against any women who chooses to have multiple sexual partners.
