Dancehall artiste, Shatta Wales has revealed that since the media will not talk about the positive things artistes are doing they will continue to thrive on negativity.

TheDancehall artiste has been subjected to attacks and insults on social media after he sent Police to take a car he bought for Joint 77, a former member of his Militants.

In a post on Facebook addressing the challenge of negative news selling, Shatta Wale said the media has over the years not told the right stories and therefore since the negativity has sold his brand till now and therefore he’s not stopping anytime soon.

He said “Life is a war and you always have to fight it with strategies..If the media doesn’t talk about our positives we must dwell on the negatives to make the news and always keep them talking !! That’s how smart a Duracell battery is”
