Nigeria: International Flights May Resume Before October – Aviation Minister, Sirika

Hadi Sirika, Aviation Minister has declared that there may be an early resumption of international flights in Nigeria before October.

On Tuesday, Sirika shared on his Twitter handle that Nigerian Airspace Management Agency, NAMA is a 90-days routine to airmen.

He wrote:

“International flight resumption date is not October. NAMA just issued a routine 90-day notice to airmen (NOTAM),”

“In liaison with health, foreign affairs & PTF COVID-19, we will announce the agreed date, regardless of the ban by Europe, UAE etc. May be earlier than October.”
