vangelist Diana Asamoah has shot down claims by section of Ghanaians who suggest that the ruling government headed by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has bought a plush mansion and a car for her.

According to her, she bought her car through the proceeds from her evangelism which is singing and therefore the misconception out there should stop indicating that maybe the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and President are yet to buy her the mansion and car.

“I have only one car…I got my car through the grace of God. He [Akufo-Addo] never bought my car for me. My producer [Anane Frimpong] and I came together to buy the car. It was bought through the proceeds from my evangelism and singing.” She revealed in an interview. She made this clarification when speaking on Accra-based Power FM.

She mentioned that she is not a politician and that she was directed by God to sing on the campaign platform of the New Patriotic Party.

“I don’t belong to any political party, I’m a Ghanaian,” she said.

Diana Asamoah mentioned that if she’s directed by God to sing for the NDC, there is no way she will refuse to do that.
