Ghanaian sensational hiplife musician Quamina MP has become a household name in recent time after he shot to fame with his two bangers.
The rapper and singer who hails from the Central region has shared some of his life struggles and how he overcame them.
Quamina MP, a Vodafone Ghana Music Award nominee has maintained that life has not been very easy for him coming up and after he sought out to veer into music, he has not had things coming his way on a silver platter.
His song ‘Party Night’ is one the songs which enjoyed massive rotation on radio and clubs in Ghana in the latter part of last year and early 2019.
Adding another revelation about his personal life to the many that Ghanaians already know, the young star stated that he ignored his national service to do music.
Quamina MP has already mentioned on various media platforms that he was a student of the Ghana Telecom University but not everybody knows that after his completion at the Tertiary level, he did not serve his nation.
National service though not compulsory beckons that every Ghanaian citizen after completing their Tertiary education dedicate one year to serve the nation with their acquired knowledge.
Quamina Mp’s revelation shows that the nation Ghana has not benefited from his skill to national development.
Explaining why he shunned his national service to do music, Quamina MP said in an interview on Homebase Television that, he was staying very far from where the workplace is which was somewhere in Accra yet he was living at Abokobi.
Adding to this he mentioned that because he had no money and support financially, he could not have keep up with transportation fees and his welfare.
This is one sacrifice Quamina MP has shared with his fans.
