The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of defunct gold dealership firm Menzgold Ghana Limited, Nana Appiah Mensah, affectionately called NAM 1, will touch down the shores of Ghana by midday, his close associate, Kwame A Plus has said.
A Plus said NAM 1 departed from his base in Dubai on Wednesday night and is expected to land in Ghana today Thursday by 11:35am barring any last minute changes to flight schedules coupled with transits.
A Plus had shared a conversation he had with the embattled businessman on his various social media platforms.
In the chat shared by A Plus, NAM 1 divulged that some members of the governing New Patriotic Party have been his hindrance.
He mentioned, those big men are doing everything within their means to keep him behind bars in the United Arab Emirates.
A situation the owner of conglomerate entertainment company Zylofon Media could not fathom and described worrying.
But indicated that his legal team are working effortlessly to get him out of prison.
Subsequently, last week pockets of news reports suggested that Appiah Mensah has won an appeal against Royal Horizon Diamond in Dubai.
The publications claimed the court also ordered the company to immediately take steps to pay the $39 million debt owed Menzgold Ghana Limited.
