A-list Nollywood actress Yvonne Nelson has lamented over the hardship economic condition in Ghana under the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) headed by President Akufo-Addo.

According to her, the rate at which the Nana Addo Darkwa Akufo-Addo led administration is borrowing money is alarming and even unborn children are now owing.

Per the Bank of Ghana’s Summary of Economic and Financial Data – May 2019, it shows Ghana’s total public debt is now US$38.9 billion (GHC198 billion), GHC2 billion shy of GHC200 billion as of March 2019.

It represents 57.5 per cent of Ghana’s GDP as of March 2019.

Yvonne Nelson seems worried and fears for the future of Ghanaians as everything has proven beyond doubts that the country is heading towards a ditch.

Taking to her official Twitter page, she indicated that Ghanaian leaders do not have the country and its citizens at heart and they just keep borrowing.

The-mother-of-one after carefully analyzing the rate at which our leaders are borrowing, concluded that unborn Ghanaian children have debts to be paid.

She tweeted “GHANA!!! Our unborn kids are even owing……….thats where our leaders have got us!! Sit and think about this!”.
