Another chaos has ensued at City Engineers, one of the centres in the Odododiodio constituency, leading to the firing of gunshots.

Earlier in the day, confusion erupted at the City Engineers polling centre after several voters were unable to locate their voting station.

The voters who had formed one queue later realized there were six centres at City Engineers and didn’t know which one they belonged to; creating confusion.

The security and EC intervened and calm has been restored.

But in the latest incident, it is unclear what led to the shots being fired. However, according to Peace FM’S reporter stationed in the area, Agyeiwaa Kodie, the police picked intel of a possible intent to cause confusion and called for reinforcement.

Odododiodio constituency is one of the hotspots in the on-going election.
