Voting is still ongoing in various polling stations and regions at large but unfortunately some parts of the Volta region are experiencing heavy downpour.
This has contributed to a low turnout as electorates are unable to come out in their number. Areas like Hohoe, Perki and its environs were all affected.
The heavy downfall has eventually led to a halt of the voting process. But the big question here is other places are voting till 5pm will those areas that have been affected get additional hours to cast their votes?
