Ghanaian dancehall giant, Shatta Wale born Charles Nii Armah Mensah has called on gatekeepers in the country to learn from the Nigerian creative arts.
He explained that the Nigerians are ahead of Ghana in terms of Creative Arts because they genuinely love themselves.
His comment came up following the arrest of Nigerian artistes in Uganda Omay Lay and Tems for breaching covid 19 protocols when they went for a show.
The musicians being arrested has sparked Nigerians to called on the Uganda authorities to release their artists which have caught the attention of Shatta Wale.
The Shatta Movement boss took to his Twitter page and wrote that if he was to be the one in the arms of the Uganda authorities people would hand wish they jail him for 6 years.
He wrote,
“If it was shatta wale that was Arrested in Uganda like some people in our music industry will try their possible best for them to jail me like 6years ?????#FreeOmahLay #FreeTems
