An ex-teacher told a court that a Kenyan MP accused of faking his academic papers did not sit his final year exams at the secondary school he claimed to have attended.
Oscar Sudi, a member of Parliament, claimed to have taken the exams at Highway Secondary School in 2006.
However, the former principal of the institution claimed that the index number Mr Sudi claimed belonged to another student, and that the MP did not register or take the exam at the school.
