Yvonne Nelson is now on a Twitter tirade in which she bemoans the country’s rising expense of living and the government’s apparent lack of concern for changing the narrative.
In a series of tweets, the actress criticized the administration for failing to fulfill the mouthwatering promises it made to the Ghanaian people during the campaign. She claims that once their mandate was extended, the New Patriotic Party and Akufo-Addo, who was the party’s then-presidential candidate, lied to Ghanaians about their intentions and made empty promises.
The director tweeted at President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo to make clear that the public would not stand by while the president and his administration took the nation for granted.
“Betraying us? What Generation? We won’t watch while you play with our future and the future of our children. Ghanaians deserve better, according to her tweets.
“One thing about this government ……they don’t care….. but, they care about Power and the prestige that comes with it. we will start making y’all care,”.
