A report by dailymail claims that 34,000 Nigerians received study visas in the UK and brought 31,898 dependents with them.

In the last year, from January to June, 8,972 Nigerians received work visas, bringing with them 8,576 dependents.

Because Nigerians were migrating in large numbers, the British government is considering tightening immigration regulations regarding dependents.

Due to the nation’s current economic position, the majority of Nigerian youngsters wish to immigrate abroad in search of greener pastures.
