Supreme Court orders Anas Aremeyaw Anas to appear in open court without mask to face Kwesi Nyantakyi.

Anas Aremeyaw Anas was permitted to give a videotaped testimony in the case involving Kwesi Nyantakyi by an order of the High Court 2, Criminal Division.

However, following an appeal by Nyantakyi’s attorneys, the Supreme Court ruled in favour of the former head of football and ordered Anas to appear in person so Nyantakyi could cross-examine him in public.

The Supreme Court has decided that Anas Amereyaw Anas must testify in public.

In an effort to clear his identity, Nyantakyi is pursuing his lawsuit against the contentious journalist.

Following the documentary, the former Ghana FA captain is currently facing a worldwide suspension.

Nyantakyi, who was ascending to the very top of world football administration, was forced to leave his positions with Caf, including that of first vice-president, the second-highest ranking official in the organisation behind Ahmad.

As part of a controversial documentary by Ghanaian investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas, undercover reporters discreetly captured Nyantakyi and other football officials from across the continent accepting monetary presents.
