Ghanaian rapper Medikal, has been permanently banned from Twitter.

For allegedly imitating Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, Twitter has permanently suspended Ghanaian rapper Medikal.

The bird application made the suspension official on November 9, 2022. As a result, the artist’s page currently displays a blank account with the remark “Account Suspended” welcoming visitors.

Multiple social media users had accused the singer from “Stubborn Academy” of impersonation, and the new owner, Elon Musk, was forced to act right away by suspending the musician from his app.

Elon Musk tweeted a warning to users on November 6, 2022, stating that he would terminate any accounts that falsely claimed to be from other persons.

“Going Forward, any Twitter handles engaging in impersonation without clearly specifying ‘parody’ permanently suspended.”

Social media users’ comments to the image have included some sympathizing with the artist and others mocking him for acting “stupid.”

A user said, “Them say Medikal has been suspended by the new IGP of Twitter, Lmao you people.”

Medikal was the first celebrity to be arrested under Dampare, As Twitter too get new IGP, en too take do.
