The leak of a sex tape featuring Zanele Sifuba, the Speaker of the ANC Free State assembly, is allegedly the work of a Nigerian guy.
The young Nigerian man allegedly made Sifuba’s sex tape public after she allegedly refused to pay R300,000 in ransom.
The release of screenshots from the original video last week is said to be what ignited the scandal.
After the speaker of the South African legislature refused to give him R300,000, a Nigerian man was accused of leaking their sex film.
According to Central News, the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) Provincial Secretary Malefane Bosanku Msimanga and the Regional Chairperson of the African National Congress Youth League (ANCYL), Edgar Legoale, have denounced the ‘insensitive’ distribution of pictures purporting to be the Speaker of the Free State legislature that are nude.
The party demanded that the leaker of the sex tapes be taken into custody. Msimanga added that women and girls worldwide are equally affected by this, not just well-known women.
He continued by saying that it undercuts efforts and the struggle against femicide, misogyny, and violence against women.

The statement said;
“This can only be done by a mentally twisted and sick person who has lost sense of intimacy and respect for bodies of women deemed to be sacred by all human civility.
“It happens to school girls and women where naked images are viciously circulated into cyberspace as revenge or for extortion for older women.”
