Four days of religious events are scheduled to take place at the site of the contentious National Cathedral even before the edifice emerges from the basement of ongoing foundational work.
A worship and Thanksgiving service has been planned for the location after three days of nonstop Bible reading.
The Bible readings, dubbed the “Bible Reading Marathon,” are slated to take place from Wednesday, December 28 to Friday, December 30. Each day’s readings will begin at 6:00 am and end at 6:00 pm.
Sacred Worship, a worship and thanksgiving service, will take place on January 2 from 9:00 a.m. until noon.
