One year after calling out Nigerian musicians, Shatta Wale has returned to Twitter to sing their praises.
Shatta Wale criticized Nigerian artists in December 2021 for not supporting Ghanaian singers in the same way that they support them.
At the time, he said to Nigerian musicians, “Learn to express gratitude. Your entryway has always been Ghana.” Read here
A few months later, in April 2022, he had a change of heart and used Twitter to praise Nigerian singers while decrying Ghanaian music.
He has since returned to praising Nigerians and criticising his own people.
