Millicent Oteng, his wife, passed away on November 17, 2022, a Saturday.
The grieving widower claims that he personally transported his wife to the hospital and that he is still in shock and has not yet come to terms with the death.
The actor claimed in an interview with Kwaku Manu on Aggressive TV that his wife’s death was determined by an autopsy to be due to high blood pressure brought on by labour.
“The doctors initially didn’t want to tell me until I went for the autopsy report which indicated there was an instant pressure amidst her pain to push. So this rushed blood into her head and caused a tear in the nerves in her head,” he sadly recounted.
Despite being rare, the disease he described typically results in rapid death or stroke, according to medical specialists.
He said the death was the hardest experience of his life and he hopes no young couple experiences it.
“It is by grace I am even alive because I thought I was going to die too, due to what I encountered after the news was broken to me. That clearly taught me that if someone is not strong and you experience this, they may die too,” he said.Mrs Oteng was laid to rest on Saturday, December 18, 2022
