An Election Petition Tribunal headed by Justice Tertse Kume has removed Senator Ademola Adeleke from his position as governor of the state of Osun.
Following allegations of excessive voting in certain polling places around the State, the tribunal dismissed Adeleke.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) was directed to remove the Certificate of Return granted to Adeleke and issue it to Adegboyega Oyetola in the majority judgement rendered by two judges against one.
