Afia Schwar requested a stay of execution when she appeared in court today, January 31, 2023, and the court approved her request.

After she apologised to the court after being given a penalty, her 10-day jail sentence was suspended.

In addition, the court mandated that Afia Schwarzenegger refrain from using social media for two years following payment of the fee.

She is reportedly being held at the High Court right now and will be released after paying the fine.

Because of the slanderous remarks she made about Chairman Wontumi on UTV roughly five months ago, Afia Schwar was given a 10-day jail sentence.

The comedian was not there when the court overturned its decision in their famed contempt case with Chairman Wontumi.
