Due to the mob that typically gathers during the day, a man has reportedly been seen sleeping there overnight.
He reportedly slept on the ground near the ATMs until the following morning so that he could be the first to withdraw money as soon as it was loaded.
He could be seen lying down before dawn when other people came at the ATM location in a video that circulated online.
