The pre-hearing of the appeal filed by the Labour Party and its presidential candidate, Peter Obi, against the incoming president Asiwaji Bola Ahmed Tinubu has been postponed by the Presidential Election appeal Court till Friday, May 19.
Recall that Obi and the Labour Party are contesting the results of the presidential election because they believe there were fraud and irregularities.
Justice Haruna Tsammani postponed the hearing to May 19 because the petition’s parties couldn’t come to an agreement on documents and other matters.
