The Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia campaign team in Ghana has reacted to the social media virality of images and videos of pick-up trucks bearing the Bawumia name.

The Bawumia Must-Win (BMW) team stated in a press release signed by the organization’s president that they were shocked to see the aforementioned images and videos being shared on social media with false captions by alleged Dr. Bawumia haters both inside and outside the NPP.

The team made it clear that there were only six branded pick-ups, not 100 as claimed and publicized by Rockson Dafeamekpor, Member of Parliament for South Dayi for the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
