Nigerian chef Damilola Adeparusi, often known as Chef Dammy, has requested financial support from his countrymen.

In a video that has gone viral, Chef Dammy, who gained notoriety after purportedly cooking for 120 hours, made the pitch. Dammy claimed that even with all the donations she received from her admirers and well-wishers while she was slaving away in the kitchen for 120 hours, there was still not enough money for her to hire a soldier to act as her security detail.

‘’The monies that came in isn’t enough to employ security. It is not enough to employ a soldier that will be looking after me. Honestly please, consider all this if you want to gift me something. I will appreciate it” she said.
