The late Afrobeat singer Mohbad’s wife, Omowunmi, is questioned by a member of her husband’s family regarding a secondhand pickup truck she bought for her husband’s father.
In a social media video that quickly gained popularity, a person who appeared to be a relative of Mohbad was seen berating the late singer’s 24-year-old bride.
The individual was heard grumbling about the state of a pickup truck that had been provided by Mohbad’s father, Mr. Joseph Aloba, to his daughter-in-law.
The family member claimed that he should be driving a brand-new car rather than a secondhand truck because it does not reflect his character as the father of a celebrity.
“This is the pickup the wife came to buy for the father. But for me I can never have a father and buy this kind of truck for him; he’s supposed to be riding an exotic car,” the voice in the background stated.
