The 2023 BET Hip Hop Awards’ Best International Flow category was won by Ghanaian music icon Black Sherif.
AKA (South Africa), Central Cee (UK), Gazo (France), J Hus (UK), K.O (South Africa), Major RD (Brazil), Ninho (France), Sampa The Great (Zambia), and Tasha & Tracie (Brazil) were all beaten by the music star who has seen his career soar over the past two years.
The 2023 BET Hip Hop Awards, which were recorded at Atlanta, Georgia’s Cobb Energy Centre on October 3, will air on October 10, 2023.
Black Sherif received the nomination for the second time in the category this year.
Black Sherif was up for Best International Flow at the 2022 BET Hip Hop Awards, but Benjamin EPPS won the award.
The second Ghanaian musician to win in the category is Black Sherif.
Sarkodie, a rapper from Ghana, also made history in 2019 when he took home the prise for Best International Flow, a newly created category.
Along with many other artists, the BET Hip Hop Awards will feature thrilling performances by Jermaine Dupri, Da Brat, Bow Wow, and Ludacris.
