Popular Nigerian artist Ayodeji Balogun, known as Wizkid, took a jab at his rival and colleague David Adeleke, also known as Davido, and Davido’s fiancée Chioma Rowland, just hours before their wedding.

Wizkid posted on the X app, tweeting a prayer for understanding women and claiming his love for all of them.

“Saying a prayer for every understanding woman on earth! Your king loves you.”

This post followed another tweet from Wizkid where he simply wrote “lol” shortly after Davido and Chioma shared their pre-wedding photos online.

In April, Wizkid’s controversial tweets sparked outrage among Davido’s fans, escalating the tension between the two music icons. Their rivalry intensified as fans exchanged derogatory remarks and fueled the feud.

The conflict took a personal turn, with Davido accusing Wizkid of domestic abuse against his girlfriend and baby mama, Jada Pollock, and Wizkid mocking Davido for allegedly begging for sex from his side chicks.

Wizkid also taunted Davido after the latter launched a meme coin, $Davido, which disappointed many investors. On the microblogging platform, Wizkid advised his fans to work smart and avoid hustling foolishly.
