Media personality Abeiku Santana has sharply criticized President Akufo-Addo’s assertion that Dr. Kwame Nkrumah is not the sole founder of Ghana.
In a recent address to the nation before Founder’s Day, President Akufo-Addo stated that he rejects the notion that Nkrumah alone founded Ghana, emphasizing that numerous individuals contributed to the country’s founding.
These remarks sparked widespread anger, with many people vehemently disagreeing with the President. Critics argue that the NPP has long sought to undermine Nkrumah’s historical significance, a sentiment echoed by comments from NAPO comparing Akufo-Addo’s achievements to those of Nkrumah.
In response, Abeiku Santana took to Twitter to affirm that Nkrumah is not only the founder of Ghana but a pivotal figure for Africa as a whole.
