The Labour Party (LP) and Peter Obi, its presidential candidate, are accused by the Presidential Election Petitions Court of failing to establish that President Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) was found guilty of money laundering in the US. The petitioners, Obi and the LP, were unable in establishing any criminal arrest and conviction records against Tinubu, according to the five-person panel headed by Justice Haruna Tsammani.
