A Chinese national has been apprehended by the police after it was alleged that he used an aggressive weapon to assault a Ghanaian coworker while they were both working at a construction site in the Kweikuma neighborhood of the Western Region. The victim was working as a mason for a construction company in Kweikuma on September 28, 2022, when the suspect, Xue Hue, reportedly sliced the victim's neck, according to preliminary evidence, the Police said in a statement on September 29, 2022. The victim later received treatment and was freed. According to the statement, the suspect "is currently being held in support of the investigation and will be brought before the court on September 30, 2022 to face justice."
