Gay pride billboard pulled down in Ghana’s capital, Accra.

A massive billboard commemorating Pride Month in Ghana's capital, Accra, has been taken down. The billboard, which was erected on the highway during the first weekend of June, sparked a lot of discussion in Ghana's media, with many calling for its removal. Kenya audit finds 250,000 dead people on voters’ roll.

According to Kenya's electoral agency, a current audit of the country's voter rolls has revealed the identities of roughly 250,000 deceased voters. Over 226,000 persons were registered using documents that did not belong to them, resulting in nearly half a million extra voters having duplicate records. The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) said in a statement that others had registered with fraudulent documents, affecting more than a million people. The IEBC chairman, Wafula Chebukati, said the commission will delay certifying the final register for publishing due to the "application of the preliminary audit findings." The commission had previously stated that the voter…
