Naira Marley, the head of Marlian Music, has sent a message of sorrow on his Instagram page over the passing of Mohbad, a previous signee.
In a statement posted on his Instagram page, the musician referred to Mohbad as “an incredible street pop star who contributed to the foundation of the Marlian Music.” Additionally, he uploaded a video in remembrance of Mohbad that featured them both performing and hanging out.
In spite of their falling out, which caused Mohbad to leave the label, he added that the label never intended any harm for Mohbad.
Naira urged the authorities to investigate Mohbad’s death in a subsequent statement.
Ilerioluwa Olademeji Aloba, better known as Mohbad, the late singer, passed away on Tuesday, September 12.
