Muslims in Nigeria reacted on X to a video that went viral showing an Islamic cleric “performing a miracle” on a woman with physical disabilities inside a “mosque.”
In the viral video, the cleric urged the woman to get up from her seat while the congregation stood. Then, while he prayed for the woman’s cure, they started to stroll around the mosque.
A Nigerian lecturer, Sanusi Lafiagi, posted the video and expressed his displeasure. He asked ;
‘’What are these people turning Islam into?”
Other Muslims reacted to the video as well. They said the cleric does not represent Islam.
