Olakunle Churchill, a businessman, has sent his ex-wife Tonto Dikeh a cease-and-desist letter for disparaging him and his wife Rosy Meurer.

Tonto Dikeh has continued to make serious accusations against him ever since their divorce. From calling him a yahoo boy to ritualists, deadbeat parent, and other derogatory terms.

His lawyers pointed out that Tonto had propagated untrue rumours about their wedding, saying that she had covered the costs while Churchill had forked over a sizable sum.

The letter also pointed out that Tonto had accused Churchill’s wife Rosy Meurer of being a husband snatcher and Tonto had actually prohibited Churchill from seeing their children.

The actress made some daring and incriminating claims about the father of her son in the video dubbed “The Proof,” claiming that the accusations were some of the factors that prompted her to end her marriage.

Additionally, she claimed that Churchill engages in cyber fraud known as Yahoo Yahoo. She claims she learned the truth when she found him surrounded by red candles, wearing a red scarf knotted around his waist, and sitting with a laptop on his lap.

Contrary to popular belief that Churchill was linked to former President Olusegun Obasanjo, the actress further asserted that the father of her ex-husband was simply Obasanjo’s gardener.

Churchill has filed a court complaint against his son’s mother with the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory in Abuja in response to the allegations made in the popular videos.

The court has issued a summons to Tonto and warned that if he does not respond within 14 days, it may proceed with the decision without the defendant (Tonto).

Tonto has since then reacted to the cease-and-desist:

Churchill and Big Church Foundation, the first and second claimants, claim that Tonto Dikeh and her charity group’s media campaigns and publications were defamatory, baseless, and sponsored to tarnish and damage the claimant’s reputation and political ambition because he may have disclosed to her his intentions to run for House of Representatives in 2016.
